David Cook, MBA, newly appointed President & CEO of Hosparus Health and Pallitus Health Partners will lead the operational and strategic efforts of both organizations. As President, he will drive innovation, quality, expand community partnerships, and increase access to services for patients and families navigating serious illness in Kentucky and Indiana. He re-joins Hosparus where he spent 15 years in key leadership roles including chief operating officer.

David is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of operational and financial leadership experience within the healthcare and nonprofit sectors, most recently serving as President/CEO of Carolina Caring in Newton, North Carolina.

He also serves on the boards of the National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation, Louisville Healthcare CEO Council, and Kentucky Association of Hospice & Palliative Care.
David attended Indiana University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting, and Master’s in Business Administration. A native of the ‘Kentuckiana’ area, David now resides in Louisville, Kentucky with his wife, Bonnie, and their three sons.
