Randy Bufford

Randall J. Bufford, founder and President/CEO of Trilogy, has over 37 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, mainly in services for the elderly.  During that time, Mr. Bufford has been involved with the operation, development, and acquisition of over 300 healthcare facilities and related businesses. He has a proven track record of growing venture-backed businesses and providing strong returns to investors and lenders. 

Prior to starting Trilogy Health Services, LLC, Mr. Bufford served as Executive Vice President for Centennial HealthCare Corporation.  During his tenure with Centennial, Mr. Bufford was responsible for the company’s business development and oversaw the operations of its ancillary service companies; included home health, contract rehabilitation and pharmaceutical services. Mr. Bufford was involved in Centennial’s initial public offering that raised 165 million in July of 1997.  He has B.S. in Accounting from the University of Louisville.

Founded in 1997, Trilogy Health Services, LLC (“Trilogy” or the “Company”) is a privately-held owner, operator and developer of senior care campus communities.  Trilogy provides a broad continuum of skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and adult day health services in its purpose-built senior care campus communities.  Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, the Company’s communities are geographically concentrated in demographically attractive, non-urban markets in select Mid-Western states.  The company’s current portfolio consists of 111 communities, representing a total aggregate capacity of approximately 11,500 beds.  As such, Trilogy’s established operating platform uniquely positions the Company to take advantage of the significant growth and development opportunities in the senior care industry.
